Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can't send orders into areas where we believe there's a high likelihood of a package being delayed.
As of 1/26/26, our Central facility in St. Louis is closed. Any orders in the Central part of the United States should expect a 1-2 day delay. Our East Coast facility is operating on a limited schedule and only sending orders to areas not heavily impacted by the storm. Any orders on the East coast should expect a 1-day delay.
Our West Coast facility is operating at full capacity and moving as many orders as possible during this time.
