Vajro — Our mobile app provider, which may receive your email address and account information to facilitate the mobile app experience.

Klaviyo — Our email and SMS marketing platform, which receives your email address, phone number, name, purchase history, and browsing behavior to send personalized marketing communications and automated flows (e.g., abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups). Stamped.io — Our product reviews and ratings platform, which receives your name, email address, order details, and any review content or images you submit. Stamped.io may send you review request emails on our behalf after a purchase. Stamped.io’s privacy policy is available at https://stamped.io/privacy-policy.
ReferralCandy — Our referral marketing platform, which receives your name, email address, and order information to facilitate our customer referral program. If you participate in or are referred through our referral program, ReferralCandy will process your referral link activity, reward status, and related data. ReferralCandy’s privacy policy is available at https://www.referralcandy.com/privacy-policy.
4.2 Business Transfers
If CE Kitchen Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transition, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, address); commercial information (purchase history, order details); internet and network activity (browsing history, device information, cookies); geolocation data (approximate location via IP); and payment information (card details processed by Shopify Inc.). We have disclosed these categories of information to our service providers (Shopify, shipping carriers, payment processors, analytics providers) for business purposes as described in Section 4.
10.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other State Residents
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of personal information.
